LaTonya McLeod’s foundation in ministry was formed early—not through platforms or titles, but through faithful service in a small church on the corner with a powerful deliverance ministry. Raised in an environment where spiritual authority, biblical order, and obedience to God were practiced daily, she learned that ministry is not performance-driven, but fruit-driven—built through discipline, accountability, and surrender to Christ.
In her early twenties, LaTonya was intentionally taught and trained in the ways of God and ministry under the covering of her pastor. That training shaped how she understands spiritual authority, discernment, deliverance, and responsibility before God—principles that now govern how she serves both in ministry spaces and in the marketplace.
Her Story
After surviving domestic abuse and walking through divorce, LaTonya entered a seventeen-year season of singleness marked by deep refinement and restoration. That extended season became a proving ground where God strengthened her character, clarified her calling, and prepared her to serve others with wisdom rooted in experience. Out of that pressing, God entrusted her with work in inner healing and deliverance—not from theory, but from lived obedience.
LaTonya later waited on God to restore what had been promised. She is now nearing twelve years of a loving and fulfilled marriage, standing as a testimony to God’s faithfulness and the power of waiting without compromise.
Today, LaTonya serves through Christ-centered marketplace ministry initiatives including Wait On It Sis, Women Pray Global, and McLeod Publishing House & Services. Through coaching intensives, mentorship, prayer initiatives, publishing services, and educational resources, she equips individuals to apply biblical truth to real life—relationships, purpose, decision-making, leadership, and personal discipline. Her work is designed to meet people where they are, while intentionally pointing them back to Jesus Christ as their foundation.
Compelled by God, LaTonya pours out the same oil that was pressed from her own life—serving with integrity, sound doctrine, and practical wisdom—helping others steward their seasons well and walk in obedience to Christ in both ministry and marketplace.
